*We aim is to despatch all orders placed within 2 working days of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks.
For UK orders, goods should normally be received within 5 working days. Overseas orders should normally be received within 10 working days. We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. UK orders are sent First Class whilst International orders are sent by Air Mail. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund. For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder's billing address.
